Made with the oldest Chardonnay on the estate, very mineral and salty, slightly refreshed with a small percentage of white Premsal. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with a short step through a new French oak boot that gives it unctuousness and aromatic complexity.
Red wine aging. In the mouth it has a serene fruit with a well-melted barrel and a sweet tannin.
