With a presence in Menorca since the 70s, the Solano Molins family settled in the year 2000 on the Cugullonet Nou de Sant Climent estate, in the southeast of the island

The estate is characterized by a very stony calcareous terrain where in 2003 they planted 2 hectares of vineyard with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo and the white variety Chardonnay. In 2012 they planted half a hectare more of Chardonnay, and in 2020 one hectare of white Premsal..

The marketing of wine began in 2008, always seeking a high level of quality during the production process, responding to a gastronomic hobby and with the desire to integrate this culture in the Menorcan land.

Currently, Celler Solano de Menorca has a limited artisan production of about 13,000 bottles/year.
